Systematic collection of law
The municipal law §7 Abs. 2 obliges municipalities and administration union to publish their law in a systematic collection of laws.
The systematic collection of laws of the Gemeinsame Sekundarschule Erlenbach Herrliberg GSEH contains the currently valid ordinances and regulations of the Secondary School Commission.

Organizational statute
The organizational statute defines the responsibilities and cooperation of all those involved in the school, as well as the participation of parents and students.
Directory of information assets
Section 14 (4) of the Information and Data Protection Act (Information und Datenschutz IDG) requires cantonal and municipal public bodies to compile directories of their information assets (Verzeichnis der Informationsbestände VIB) and make them publicly accessible. The VIB is intended to provide an overview of which documents are produced and managed in a municipality and whether they contain personal data.

Pursuant to § 42 para. 2 of the Municipal Act and Art. 14 of the Herrliberg Regulations for Authorities, the members of all authorities and commissions are obliged to disclose their vested interests.
