Kurse

GSEH runs various extra-curricular courses (sport, study sessions, etc.) during lunchtime on both campuses, and also at other times on the Erlenbach campus. The courses on offer are announced in the timetable sent out during the summer holidays. After a three-week trial period, during which the pupils can get a taste of the various courses, a binding commitment is made to the respective course or school team (which takes part in cantonal competitions and tournaments).
No registration or de-registration is required for study sessions.

Alternative sports games

Training and play lesson for different game sports for boys and girls. Technique and tactics are trained, which can then be applied in the game. The aim is fun, movement and the improvement of the ball feeling.

Floorball

Training and game lessons for girls and boys floorball. Training includes technique and tactics which are then applied in a game setting. The aim is fun, but also participation in the cantonal floorball tournament.

We train the upper body with a variety of exercises on handles and pull-up bars.

Mountaineering

Climbing and bouldering (rope-free climbing at jump height). The basic techniques are trained, but excursions are also planned.

Alpinismus

Study sessions

The Study sessions offered at GSEH are quiet, supervised periods in which students can carry out their own individual tasks or work in groups. GSEH teachers are on hand to help any students having difficulty starting or organising their work. No registration is necessary.

Dance

This course is aimed at boys and girls who enjoy dancing. We learn about different styles of dancing and try them out (e.g. street dance/hip hop, salsa, zumba, etc.). We also work together to choreograph our own dances. Participants have the opportunity to take part in a dance competition for schools (www.ewzdanceaward.ch or www.zo-danceaward.ch).

Yoga

Age-appropriate breathing exercises, meditation and guided fantasy journeys are offered.

Football

Various game forms including integrated technical and tactical contents.

Crafting

Realise your own projects, for example a lamp or light decoration, make furniture, paint a picture or create a solar car – whatever you like!

Kiting

Snowkiting and kitesurfing on Wednesday afternoons.

Alpinismus

Bookclubs

Reading books together. Talking about what you have read and discussing topics.
